Engine Start
Turn the ignition switch key to the "
confirm that the transmission is in the neutral position,
and the neutral indicator on the instrument will be on.
Press the start switch "
" on the right handle, and
press the electric start switch to start the engine
while the accelerator is turned off.
Caution
Hold the clutch handle when the transmission is in
neutral, and start the engine
Warning
Do not start the engine in a poorly ventilated or
unventilated room. In the case of unattended, you
must not leave the started motorcycle for a moment.
Caution
Do not over-run engine when the motorcycle is not
used, otherwise, it will become too hot, thus result-
ing in the damage to its internal components.
Start
Put away the side stand, hold the clutch handle
tightly for a few seconds, and step down the gear
" position, and
shift lever to the first gear Rotate the accelerator
control grip toward the driven and at the same time
slowly and smoothly release the clutch handle, and
then the motorcycle will start to move forward.
Using transmission
The transmission enables the engine to run smoothly
within the normal operating range. The rider should
choose the most suitable speed change under normal
conditions. Do not slide clutch for controlling the
speed, and it is better to decelerate so that the engine
can run within the normal operating range.
Riding on a slope
When climbing a steep slope, the motorcycle will
start to decelerate and become under powered. At
this time, it should be changed to a lower gear; so
that the engine will run within its normal power
range and it is required to change gears quickly to
prevent the motorcycle from losing its impulse force.
When going down hill, the engine will shift to a lower
gear to facilitate braking. Control the speed of
engine within a proper limit.
