Please do not remove the O-ring of oil filter; as this
may prevent the seal ring from being installed
properly, thus causing oil leakage or engine dam-
age.
• Install the new oil filter
on the engine by hand
until it cannot be tight-
ened by hand, and then
tighten the oil filter with a
torque wrench, with a torque of 15-20N.m.
2. Inject about 3.0L of engine oil that meets the
specifications into the engine until the amount of
oil reaches the upper limit mark of the engine oil
scale.
3. Install the oil filler cap.
4. Start the engine, let the engine run at idle speed
for several minutes, and then turn off the engine.
5. Check the oil level position of the oil scale again,
ensure that the oil level must reach the upper
limit mark position, and there is no oil leakage in
the engine.
6. If the oil splashes, please wipe it off.
Spark plug
During the first 1000km of driving and
every 3000km thereafter; use a small
wire brush or spark plug cleaner to
remove the carbon deposits attached
to the spark plug, and use the spark
plug gap thickness measuring piece
to re-adjust the spark plug electrode
gap to keep it between 0.7mm and
0.8mm.
Caution
Do not over-tighten the spark plug or stagger the
threads, to avoid damaging the threads of cylinder
head. In the process of removing the spark plug,
do not allow impurities to enter the engine through
the spark plug.
Accelerator cable adjustment
1. Check whether the accelerator control grip can
be rotated flexibly from the fully open position to
