If the brake fluid is not replenished in time, the
braking performance may decrease or even fail,

Brake fluid can damage plastic and painted surfaces. In

4.10. Chain and gear
4.10.1. Clean and lubricate the chain
The chain must be checked and lubricated regularly.
Frequent inspection of the chain is even more necessary if it
is frequently driven in bad road conditions or if it is repeatedly
accelerated or decelerated rapidly.
After checking that the chain sag meets the requirements,
clean the chain and gear while rotating the rear wheel. Use a
dry cloth and a special cleaner for chains. After cleaning, wipe
dry and lubricate with recommended lubricant.
It is recommended to use QJMOTOR specified chain mainte-
nance kit to clean the chain. If necessary, you can contact
the designated repair shop for purchase.
• Avoid getting grease on the brakes or tires.
Attention
• Avoid using excessive amounts of lubricant to
avoid splashing on clothing and motorcycle body.

4.10.2. Chain sag inspection
Check the sag at different points along the chain. If the sag is
not the same at all points, there may be a problem with the
chain. Please send it to the designated repair shop in time.
1. Place the vehicle on a flat and stable ground with a side
stand.
2. Turn the vehicle to neutral gear and turn off the engine.
3. Check the sag of the chain by moving the bottom half of
the chain up and down between the two sprockets.
Standard chain sag: 25mm-35mm
