Open the door . Remove the food and accessories from the oven with the oven glove .

Place the baking tray, other accessories or hot containers on a heat-resistant surface .

Close the oven door .

When the food is cooked, the appliance cools down (you will hear the fan making noise) .
Do not pull out the power plug until the fan stops making noise .
8 Cleaning
The frying basket, grille and cast iron plate are dishwasher safe; all other parts of the appliance
are not!
1 . Always pull out the power plug before attempting any cleaning . Allow the appliance and
accessories to cool down .
2 . Clean the appliance and accessories after each use .

Do not immerse the appliance or pizza stone in water .

Do not clean the pizza stone with detergents .

Do not clean the pizza stone in a dishwasher .

3 . Remove the crumb tray for cleaning . Remove crumbs . Remove large amounts of fat with a
paper towel . Use mild rinse water for cleaning .
4 . Use a wooden scraper to remove any food residues from the pizza stone . Any discolouration is
normal and cannot be avoided . Rinse the pizza stone with water if necessary .
! The stone must be completely dry before next use .
