Switching on and temperature regulation
i The deep fryer needs approximately 10 minutes to reach the maximum temperature.
MODELS PF 6 / PF 6+6 AND PF 10 / PF 10+10
4.2.1.
1. Connect the equipment to the energy source.
2. Fill the vat with fat or oil (see 3.3.)
3. Turn the temperature regulator to the desired position. The orange signal lamp switches on in order
to indicate that the deep fryer is heating. The signal lamp automatically switches off when the fat or
oil reach the selected temperature
MODELS PF 10 TR / PF 10+10 TR
4.2.2.
1. Connect the equipment to the energy source.
2. Fill the vat with fat or oil (see 3.3.)
3. Turn the main switch to position 1.
4. Turn the temperature regulator to the desired position. The orange signal lamp switches on in order
to indicate that the deep fryer is heating. The signal lamp automatically switches off when the fat or
oil reach the selected temperature
4.3.
Filling the basket with food
i Never fill the basket with more than 2/3 of its capacity!
i Never add salt during the frying process, because salt alters the qualities of the fat or oil.
i Products with high moisture content, wet or bulky products can cause spilling and splattering of
hot fat or oil! Danger of burning and fire!
1. Fill the basket with food.
2. Slowly insert the basket in the container.

i Before filling with meat, fish or poultry, dive the basket into the hot fat or oil in order to prevent
that the products stick to the basket.

Stand-by
i Never cover the vat with hot fat or oil inside! Only cover the container with the lid when the fat or
oil is completely cold!
When the deep fryer is switched on but is not needed for frying, turn the temperature regulator to 100ºC.
This is the ideal temperature to keep the fat or oil warm without alternating its qualities.
Starting from 100ºC, the deep fryer reaches frying temperature within only 2 or 3 minutes.
4.5.
Switching off
In order to switch off the equipment, turn the temperature regulator to position 0 and press the main
switch.
