Permanently installed filters may only be
replaced in suitable areas, e.g.in so-called
decontamination stations) by a technical
expert.

1. Secure the device with the parking
brakes.
2. Switch off the device at the power
switches.
3. Pull out the mains plug.
4. Remove the suction head, see chapter
Removing the suction head.
5. Release the tensioning strap on the
spacer of the H filter.
6. Remove the spacer of the H-filter with
the H-filter cartridge.
7. Remove the filter unit from the device
using the handles and turn it over.

8. Remove the nuts and remove the clean-
ing fixture.
9. Loosen the clamping ring screw connec-
tion.
10.Remove the main filter.
11.Dispose of the foam filter.
12.Insert the new main filter.
13.Insert the new foam filter.
14.Fit the tensioning ring and screw it in
place.
15.Fit the cleaning device and screw it on.
16.Insert the filter inlay.
In doing so, make sure the tab on the fil-
ter inlay fits into the shaft.

Replacing the H filter
1. Secure the device with the parking
brakes.
2. Switch off the device at the power
switches.
3. Pull out the mains plug.

5. Release the tensioning strap on the
spacer of the H filter.
6. Remove the spacer of the H-filter with
the H-filter cartridge.
7. Place the spacer upside down on a flat
surface.
8. Unscrew the nuts.
9. Release and remove the H filter by turn-
ing it anti-clockwise.
10.Immediately after removing the contam-
inated H filter from the device, place it in
a bag and seal the bag tightly.
11.Dispose of the contaminated H filter ac-
cording to the legal requirements.
12.Remove any dirt deposits from the clean
air side.
13.Fit the new H filter in the reverse order.
Replacing the dust bag
DANGER
Danger from dust that is harmful to your
health
Respiratory sicknesses through inhalation
of dust.
Accumulated dust must be transported in
dust-proof containers. Do not transfer the
contents. The dust bag may only be dis-
posed of by qualified staff.
1. Secure the device with the parking
brakes.
2. Remove the suction hose if necessary.
3. Close the suction connection on the dirt
receptacle (see chapter Closing the
suction connection).
4. Disconnect the pressure equalisation
hose from the dirt receptacle.

5. Lower the dirt receptacle by pulling up
the lever.

6. Pull the dirt receptacle out of the device.

7. Turn up the dust bag.
8. Seal the dust bag tightly with the cable
tie.
9. Remove the dust bag.
10.Dispose of the dust bag in accordance
with statutory regulations.
