The machine has detected voltage peaks in the mains. If you continue working with an
unstable mains supply, it can cause an internal damage. Please check that the mains
supply is correct.
The machine has detected a supply voltage too low to ensure optimum performance. Ple-
ase check that the mains supply is correct.
The machine has detected an unstable supply voltage. This situation can be caused by a
defect in the connections of the power supply terminals or by powering the machine with
an unsuitable autonomous generator.
Overconsumption alarm. This alarm automatically disappears after a few minutes. Wait
until the machine gets back to its normal state.
Overtemperature alarm in remote liquid cooling unit. Wait until the machine regains a
safe temperature in this unit. Ensure that the vents are not clogged.
No return flow is detected in the liquid cooling system. Check for proper connection of li-
quid inlets to the cooling unit and/or torch. Ensure that no pipe is affected by pinching or
crushing. Check the coolant level.
If the alarm persists and the above points have been checked properly, it may indicate
that the internal coolant filter is clogged.
The machine has detected lack of connection of shielding gas for the welding process to
be performed. Check that the shielding gas has been connected to the input at the back
of the machine. Check that there is gas in the bottle and its flow control is properly set.
The cooling unit flow transducer reading is incorrect. This error can be caused by inco-
rrect priming of the cooling system or the clogging of the internal filter.

The machine has detected that one of the 3 phases has not been connected.
Check the the mains and the connections between it and the machine.

During start up, or after recovering from an error or alarm, the machine has detected a re-
mote start button (in torch or pedal) in the ON position. For safety, the machine will not
operate until the button gets back to the OFF position.
Cooler unit not found. Check connection between power and remote cooling unit. Check
remote cooling unit fuse on its back.
