Intended use
The DT-Mobil Easy mobile diesel filling station is
an approved IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container)
according to ADR for dangerous goods in packing
groups II + III (liquid, water-polluting substances).
The filling station is intended for use in different
places in the open air.
It may only be filled or transported with valid in-
spection / testing. Repeat test two and a half years
after date of manufacture in accordance with ADR
6.5.4.4.1 b) and 6.5.4.4.2.
Operating temperature range: -10 °C to +40 °C

Important:
Only clean media may be used.
Correct usage (preferably) involves the following
liquids:
•
Diesel fuel
•
Fuel oil
•
Biodiesel
1.2.1
DT-Mobil Easy with ADR approval
For the facilitated transport of dangerous goods
(<1000 points) the following is required according
to the ADR:
•
labelling (stickers) on the filling station
•
mandatory equipment with fire extinguisher
(2 kg)
•
carrying an accompanying document (here,
transport document – observe national excep-
tions) (no transport document in Germany –
exception 18 S)
•
observation of the so-called "1000 point rule"
according to table 1.1.3.6 ADR, i.e. total quan-
tity of the transport unit <1000 points

Diesel fuel 1 l = 1 point
•
Repeat inspection 2½ years after date of manu-
facture by skilled and trained person required.
ADR approval expires after 5 years. After these
five years, the filling station may still be used in
accordance with regulation ADR 1.1.3.1 c) (see
sections 1.2.2 and 8.1).

Can be identified by the type plate without D/
BAM approval number.
In accordance with ADR 1.1.3.1 c) (Germany's
"craftsman regulation"), hazardous goods may
also be transported using containers without ADR
approval.
For containers without ADR approval the following
applies:
•
transport only for direct use with self-filling (i.e.
approaching only one filling point and filling not
carried out by a third party),
•
no labelling (stickers) required,
•
no requirement to equip with a fire extinguisher,
•
no supporting documents required,
•
permissible container capacity: max. 450 l, the
so-called "1000 point rule" also applies (see
Section 1.2.1),
•
no repeat test required,
•
no reduction in service life.
1.2.3
Summary
Any other use is considered inappropriate.
For safety reasons, the filling station must not be
modified (except for the addition of accessories es-
pecially provided by the manufacturer) – see sec-
tion 6. The intended use includes compliance with
all the information in these operating instructions.

to comply with the directions in these
operating instructions.
I t a l s o i n c l u d e s :
•
failure to comply with the regulations of the
ADR and applicable national regulations,
•
storage and transport of liquids other than those
stipulated under intended use, e.g.: petrol,
bioethanol, chemicals, oils (lubricating oil,
hydraulic oil, vegetable oil).
