9. EMERGENCY OPENING
• For your convenience, we have designed a manual override
system in your safe. If necessary, turn the panel about 10°
clockwise to unlock it, gently pull the panel and let it hang.
• Insert the emergency key, considering the key's entry
position, and turn it clockwise. Then, turn the handle
clockwise. This will allow you to manually open the safe
at any time.
• To remove the key, turn it anti-clockwise and pull it out.
Place the panel, insert it into its base with a 10° rotation
from the vertical position, and turn it anti-clockwise to
secure it.
• You can also use the external USB type-C power socket to
open the safe when the battery is depleted.
10. INSTALLING THE SAFE
Careful: Safes must be installed with the door in the vertical
position and opening to the right, except for specific models
with a left-handed door opening.
1. Drill holes for the expansion bolts (or fastening screws) in
the appropriate location.
2. Use the expansion bolts (or fastening screws) to secure the
safe to the wall or floor.
3. Ensure the safe is mounted in the desired location and
tighten all bolts or screws.
Caution:
• Use the expansion bolt when the wall surface is concrete.
• Use the fastening screw when the wall surface is wood.
11. MAINTENANCE
Check the condition of the battery compartment on a regular
basis (every 6 months) to identify any possible signs of rust,
sulphation, etc.
Grease/oil any mechanical moving parts, such as locks and
bolts.
IMPORTANT
Recycling WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment)
is key as a safety measure in ensuring the health of people
and the environment. Always use specific collection centres
established for returning and managing used electrical
and electronic equipment. Before disposing of WEEE at a
collection centre, remove the batteries and dispose of them
separately so they may be managed correctly.
