6. ASSEMBLY AND START-UP
Place of Installation
- Be sure to place it in a rainproof room with no direct sunlight, low humidity and dust, and surrounding air temperature at
-10°C〜+40°C.
- The ground inclination shall be less than 10°.
- For the sake of a good air cooling cycle, there must be at least 20cm of gap before and after the welding machine and
at least 10cm of space between the left and right sides.
- Welding shall be done in a place without wind (use windshield if necessary).
- Antifreeze is necessary when using a water-cooled welding torch.
Power Supply
- The waveform shall be a standard sine wave with effective value at 380V±15%, and the frequency at 50Hz.
- The unbalance of the three-phase voltage is ≤ 5%.
