Working Principles
The working principles of inverter welding power supply in this series of are shown in the following Figure

Based on the IGBT inverter technology, the power frequency three-phase 220/380/440V power supply, after being input
and rectified, is turned into 17KHz high-frequency alternating current through IGBT inverter, and then is stepped down by a
high-frequency transformer, rectified by the high-frequency rectifier, and filtered to output direct current suitable for welding.
In this process, the dynamic response speed of welding power supply is improved, while the volume and weight of welding
power supply are reduced. Meanwhile, the closed-loop control of the whole machine through control circuit endows welding
power supply with better ability to resist grid fluctuations and achieves excellent welding performance.
