B) and the thickness (Pict. 4 Ref. C) of the material to cut,
the machine automatically displays the relative current
value (Pict. 4 Ref. G) and cutting speed (Pict. 4 Ref. E) in
addition to displaying what size nozzle to install on the
torch (Pict. 4 Ref. F).
Once made this operation, you can select and modify on
your discretion the suggested values of current and/or
speed and the machine will modify, in a synergic way, the
other value, following automatically the ideal cutting curve
to perform the type of machining required.
During automatic operation, for piercing (see Pict. 3), start
with a distance between the nozzle and the workpiece
greater than the distance of the cut.
For thicknesses greater than
30 mm for art. 453
35 mm for art. 461
the material must be perforated before cutting.
2.1.4. Synergic circular mechanized cutting
Selecting this cutting mode, it is possible to make circular
cuts, this function uses the synergic interface and, as
described previously, setting the thickness (Pict. 4 Ref. C)
and the kind (Pict. 4 Ref. B) of material, the power source
sets the corresponding values of current (Pict. 4 Ref. G),
nozzle (Pict. 4 Ref. F) and cutting speed (Pict. 4 Ref. E)
automatically (with a reduction of 40% to obtain quality
cuts).
2.1.5 Synergic gouging (only for art.461) GOUGING
By selecting this method it is possible to gouge the material
synergically.
The main screen will appear as follows:
The power source automatically displays the width and
depth of the groove that can be achieved with the current
values (Pict. 4 Ref. G) at the relative processing speed
(Pict. 4 Ref. E) set by the operator, and tells you which
nozzle to use (Pict.4 Ref.F) and the inclination in degrees
that the torch needs to be maintained at during forward
movement.
2.1.6 Synergic marking (only for art.461)
By selecting this method, it is possible to mark the material
synergically.
The main screen will appear as follows:
The power source automatically displays the width and
depth of the groove that can be achieved with the current
values (Pict. 4 Ref. G) at the relative processing speed
(Pict. 4 Ref. E) set by the operator, and tells you which
nozzle to use (Pict.4 Ref.F
2.1.7 Cutting from CNC, managing START (optional for
art.453)
By selecting this function, you access the selection menu of
START from CNC mode.
By setting this function on ON you enable START mode
from the CNC relative to pins 3 and 4 of the AMP connector
located on the rear of the power source and, at the same
time, the manual start located on the machine's front
adapter is disabled.
To exit the menu after setting the necessary values or
without any setting, position the cursor on the arrow on the
bottom right and press the encoder to confirm exiting.
2.1.8 Cutting settings sub-menu
By selecting this function, you access the cutting settings
2.2 CUTTING SETTINGS SUB-MENU
By selecting this icon, you access the following cutting
settings sub-menu:
All of the automatic or optional settings remain highlighted
until their mode is changed.
To exit the menu without making any selection, position the
cursor on the arrow on the bottom right and press knob S1
(Pict.1), to confirm exiting.
2.2.1 Automatic lock adjustment for finished parts
By selecting this icon, it is possible to enter the menu
pertaining to automatic adjustment to detect finished parts.
The factory default setting is AUTO ON which allows the
power source to interrupt operation independently when
electrode and nozzle need replacing. It is nevertheless
