Puncture or cut-in wounds may be caused by the wire electrode.
• Wear protective gloves and never reach into the danger zone.
NOTICE
• Each time the wire is changed, make sure that the beginning of the wire is
free of burrs.
1 Insert the wire into the wire feed unit as specified by the manufacturer.
2 Press the "zero-current wire feed" trigger on the wire feeder until the wire
emerges from the contact tip.
NOTICE
• As the MIG/MAG welding torches are integrated into a welding system,
the operating instructions of the welding components, such as the
welding power source, must be observed during operation.
The trigger's two-cycle mode can be activated when using a standard welding
torch. Further operating modes and handle modules depend on the welding
power source and must be ordered separately.
Start welding
1 Press and hold the trigger on the handle = start welding.
2 Release the trigger = stop welding.
