7 Operation
NOTICE
• As the TCS-FP cleaning station is integrated into a welding system, the operating instructions of all welding components
must be observed during operation.
• Ensure that the TCS-FP is only ever operated when using the protective device supplied.
• Only qualified personnel are permitted to perform work on the device or system.
1 Switch on the robot control system.
2 Start the welding process.
3 Stop the welding process.
8 Decommissioning
NOTICE
• As the TCS-FP cleaning station is integrated into a welding system, the process for putting it out of operation depends
on the robot control system.
• When decommissioning the system, ensure that the procedures for switching off the welding components are observed.
