NOTICE
• Ensure clear access to the control elements and connections.
• Protect the components against rain and direct sunlight.
• Use the device only in dry, clean and well-ventilated rooms.
6.2 Setup
6.2.1 Installing the torch cleaning station
Fix the support to a vibration-free working surface in the robot's work area with four screws.
6.2.2 Establishing the electrical connection
Four robot outputs 24 V DC and four robot inputs are required for controlling the valves.
6.2.3 Connections

6.3 Connecting the pneumatic system

A compressed air hose with a min. inner width of Ø 6 mm is required as a supply line. This is fastened to the housing by
means of a G1/4" screw connection (not included in scope of supply). A shut-off valve in the supply line is recommended.
This allows the TCS-FP to be quickly and simply depressurized in order to carry out any installation and maintenance work.

6.4 Compressed air connection

Compressed air connector with DN 10
Fig. 4
Compressed air connection
1 Attach the compressed air supply directly to the compressed air connector (1).
The operating pressure should be 6 bar.
If the compressed air supply is below 6 bar, the wire cutter's cutting capacity and the speed of the pneumatic motor will be
reduced.
This will in turn reduce the performance of the torch cleaning station.
NOTICE
• We recommend operating the device with cleaned and oiled compressed air.
