Commissioning
In order to be able to commission the TSi injection unit, the two hoses (4) and (5) must be connected to the corresponding
bottles. All other compressed air connections are mounted in the factory.
NOTICE
• Please note that the non-return valve (7) is already attached to the suction hose (4).

6.1 Transport and installation

CAUTION

Risk of injury

Physical injury due to falling devices and add-on components.
• Use an appropriate lifting tool with load handling attachment for transporting and installing the TCS-FP.
• Avoid abrupt lifting and setting down.
• Do not lift the components over persons or other devices.
• Transport the components in an upright position.
• Wear your personal protective equipment: safety shoes with steel toe caps, protective gloves, safety helmet, ear pro-
tectors.
• Send bystanders out of the danger zone.
• Note the weight of the individual components.

CAUTION
Risk of toppling
Physical injury or damage to components due to improper assembly.
• Disconnect the supply lines.
• Place the components on a suitable base (flat, solid, dry) on which they will not topple over.
