6.6.4 Fixing the set of clamping jaws
Each clamping jaw is positioned in the clamp lever using a cylinder bolt Ø 6×10 and is secured using a cylinder head screw
M5×16.
1 Bolt each stationary locating jaw (1) onto the clamping body of the torch cleaning station using two countersunk
screws M5×12.

2 Tighten the clamping jaws (2) with the cylinder head screw (4) (tightening torque 10 Nm).

NOTICE
• When changing the reamer, only use tools with a suitable width across flats.
Reamer seat AF 27 mm, reamer AF 17 mm.
1 Mount the reamer (2) into the reamer holder.
2 Tighten the reamer (2) (min. 20 Nm).

6.6.6 Setting up the pneumatic motor

NOTICE
The cleaning station must not have compressed air supply and remain without compressed air and tension during setup!
• The prism diameter must match that of the gas nozzle.
• The distance sleeve must match the nominal diameter of the gas nozzle.
• The reamer must be precisely aligned with the torch type.
