6.5 Electrical connection
The torch cleaning station is connected to the power supply via an integrated plug-in connection. The necessary control
signals are also transmitted via this plug.

6.6 Injection unit
NOTICE
• Before setting up the injection unit, please check that a compatible gas nozzle seal is being used. This depends on the
gas nozzle diameter used.
• Inflowing compressed air sucks in the anti-spatter fluid and mixes it with the compressed air flow.
Recommendation: The period needed to sufficiently wet the gas nozzle/welding torch should not exceed 2-3 seconds.

Before operating the device, a rubber seal that is compatible with the welding torch gas nozzle must be mounted. Details of
the gas nozzle diameters for which the rubber seal is suitable can be found on the rubber seal (2).
