Carry the showcase by holding its bottom.
1) Unpack the showcase, and remove all shipping
carton, evaporator spacer, tapes and packing
BEFORE operating the unit. Be careful not to
damage the exterior panels when handling the
showcase.
2) Position the showcase in a selected site. Clean the
interior with soap and water and rinse thoroughly.
3) Level the showcase in both the left-to-right and the
front-to-rear directions.
4) The perimeter where the machine touches the
counter should be sealed with silicone.

4. ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

This showcase must be plugged into the separated
power receptacle which has enough capacity. The
maximum allowable voltage variation should not
exceed ± 6 percent of the nameplate rating. See the
nameplate.

6. FINAL CHECK LIST

1) Is the showcase level?
2) Is the showcase in a site where the ambient
temperature is within 10°C to 30°C all year around?
3) Have all shipping carton, evaporator spacer, tape(s)
and packing been removed from the showcase?
4) Have all electrical and piping connections been
made?
5) Has the power supply voltage been tested or
checked against the nameplate rating?
6) Has the user been given the instruction manual and
instructed on how to operate the showcase and the
importance of periodic maintenance recommended?
7) Has the user been given the name and telephone
number of the authorized service agency?
7. START UP
IMPORTANT
1. Be careful not to let water into the machine
compartment and over the exterior. This might
cause an electric shock hazard.
2. Be sure to prechill the showcase before putting
foods in. Store only pre-refrigerated items in
the showcase. It takes longer for foods to cool
in the showcase than in a refrigerator. After
service hours, move foods into a refrigerator.
3. Only open the doors when necessary and do
not leave them open as the interior temperature
may rise, resulting in food deterioration.
4. Before unplugging the showcase for defrosting,
first remove the items inside to protect them
from drops of defrost water.
5. It is normal to find condensation on the
showcase in humid or rainy weather. Simply
wipe it off with a soft cloth from time to time.
6. Control the food temperature by placing the
food mounts as follows:

or when food temp.
