Installation Instructions
This appendix describes the installation requirements,
installation procedures and checks.
i. Installation requirements.
Space requirements.
The drawings show the mimimum requirements as
requested from a safety point of view.
Refer to the drawings for space requirements:

Each drawing has 2 sets of dimensions:
1
from the wall to the center of the holes: on the
left and top of the drawing
2
from the wall to the outline of the cabinet: on
the right and bottom of the drawing
Floor requirements.
The floor should be:
-
horizontal; with +/- 1°
-
even; within 2 mm
-
able to bear the weight of the balancer as
stated in Chapter 2 of the Operator's Manual.
The floor on which the balancer will be installed
should not relay vibrations from other devices or
from outside the building. External vibrations may
affect the accuracy of the unit.
Note:
The balancer should be positioned on the
floor directly. Do not use rings to fill gaps.
If above conditions are met, it is not required to
secure the balancer to the floor.
Power supply requirements.
Refer to Chapter 2 of the Operator's Manual for mains
power requirements.
WARNING: ENSURE THAT AN APPROVED WALL
MAINS OUTLET IS AVAILABLE.
WARNING: NEVER GUIDE POWER SUPPLY
CABLES OVER THE FLOOR, UNLESS
PROTECTED BY AN APPROVED COVER.
Appendix
Instrucciones Instalación
En este anexo se describen los requisitos, y
procedimientos de instalación, y comprobaciones.
i. Requisitos de Instalación.
Requisitos de espacio.
En los planos se indican los requisitos mínimos
necesarios del punto de vista de seguridad.
Consulte los requisitos de espacio en los planos:

Cada plano tiene 2 conjuntos de dimensiones:
1
desde la pared al centro de los agujeros en la
parte izquierda y superior del plano.
2
desde la pared a la línea exterior de la cabina
en la parte derecha e inferior del plano.
Requisitos del suelo.
El suelo deberá ser:
-
horizontal; con un margen de +/- 1°
-
e incluso con un margen de 2 mm
-
que sea capaz de soporte el peso de la
equilibradora tal y como se indica en el
Capítulo 2 del Manual del Operador.
El suelo en el que se instale la equilibradora no
debe recibir vibraciones de otros aparatos o del
exterior del edificio. Las vibraciones externas
pueden afectar la precisión de la unidad.
Nota:
La equilibradora debe ser colocada
directamente en el suelo. No utilice aros
para rellenar los huecos.
Si se cumplen las condiciones anteriores no es
necesario sujetar la equilibradora al suelo..
Requisitos de suministro de corriente
En el Capítulo 2 del Manual del Operador podrá
consultar los requisitos de la red eléctrica.
AVISO: ASEGURESE DE QUE DISPONE DE UN
ENCHUFE DE RED ELECTRICA HOMOLOGADA.
AVISO: NO CONDUZCA NUNCA LOS CABLES DE
CORRIENTE POR ENCIMA DEL SUELO A
MENOS QUE QUEDEN PROTEGIDOS CON UNA
CUBIERTA HOMOLOGADA.
