Trouble shooting.
If a problem with the wheel balancer appears, proceed
in the following order to solve the problem:
1. Rethink the last steps taken.
Did you work according to the manual?
Did the unit work as described and expected?
2. Check the unit according to the list in this chapter.
3. Call your local sales agent for technical service.

When switched on, nothing lights up.
1. Power switch in OFF position (not applicable for
handspin balancers).
• Set power switch in ON position.
2. No power cable connected.
• Connect power cable to power outlet.
3. No mains power
• Check power supply, power system fuses
4. Fuse(s) of the unit blown.
• Replace fuse(s) of the unit.
If the fuse(s) has (have) recently been replaced, call
service to check the unit.
When switched on, a beep is heard for 1 second.
Configuration error.
• Call Service
When switched on, the unit beeps with a certain
sequence.
• Note down the sequence.
• Call Service
Display appears to freeze or lock up.
1. The unit may be in a program, waiting for a specific
action.
• Finish the program currently in use.
• Switch off the unit.
Wait for 20 seconds, switch on the unit.
Proceed.
2. Power to the balancer may have been interrupted.
• Switch off the unit.
Wait for 20 seconds, switch on the unit.
Proceed.
• If this happens frequently, have your power system
checked. If that is okay, call service.

Resolución de problemas.
Si ocurre algún problema en la equilibradora, proceda
en el siguiente orden para resolverlo:
1. Recuerde los últimos pasos dados.
¿Ha trabajado de acuerdo con el manual?
¿Funcionaba la unidad tal y como se describe y era
de esperar?
2. Verifique la unidad siguiendo la lista de este capítulo.
3. Llame al agente de ventas local para asistencia
técnica.

Al encender, nada se ilumina.
1. Apagar la unidad (no aplicable a equilibradoras de
giro manual).
• Volver a encender la unidad.
2. Los cables no están conectados.
• Conecte los cables a la toma de corriente.
3. No hay corriente de la red principal
• Compruebe la alimentación de corriente, sistema
de fusibles
4. Fusible(s) de la unidad quemado(s).
• Substituya lo(s) fusible(s) de la unidad.
Si el(los) fusible(s) ha(n) sido substituidos
recientemente, llame al servicio técnico para que
compruebe la unidad.
Al encender, se oye un bip durante 1 segundo.
Error de configuración.
• Llame servicio técnico
Al encender, la unidad emite sonidos con una
cierta secuencia.
• Anote la secuencia.
• Llame al Servicio Técnico
La pantalla parece congelarse o bloquearse.
1. Puede que la unidad esté en un programa esperando
una acción específica.
• Termine el programa actualmente en uso.
• Apague la unidad.
Espere durante 20 segundos, encienda la
unidad.
Prosiga.
2. Quizás haya sido interrupida la corriente hacia la
equilibradora.
• Apague la unidad.
Espere 20 segundos, encienda la unidad.
Prosiga.
• Si esto sucede frecuentemente, compruebe el
