Oven Mode knob
The
proofing
feature
maintains
a warm
environment
usefid
for rising
yeast-leavened
prod ucts.
Place
the covered
dough
in a dish in the
oven
on rack A.

Turn
the Oven
Mode
knob
to PROOE
The
display
will show PrF (proof).
Proofing
will
not operate
when
oven is above
125°K The
display
will show "too hot".
Allow the oven
time
to cool.
NOTE:
For best results,
cover the dough
with
a cloth
or with greased
plastic
wrap
(the
plastic
may need
to be anchored
underneath
the
flont
of the container
so the oven f_m will
not blow it off).
The
proofing
feature
automatically
provides
the
optimum
temperature
for the proofing
process;
therefore
the Temperature
knob
does not
affect
the proof
temperature.
The
oven interior
lights
cycle on and off until
the Oven
Mode
knob
has been
turned
to OFF.
Set the TIMER
for the minimum
proof
tiIIle,
as a reminder
to check
food.
When
proofing
is finished,
turn
the Oven
Mode
knob
to OFF.
* To avoid lowering
the oven temperature
and
lengthening
proofing
time,
do not open
the
oven
door
unnecessarily.
* Check
bread
products
early to avoid
over-proofing.
NOTE:
Do not use the proofing
mode
ff_r warming
food or keeping
ff_od hot.
The proofing
oven
temperature
is not hot
enough
to hold
foods
at safe. temperatures.
The
WARM temperature
setting
of this
oven
is available
to keep
hot cooked
foods
warm.
Food
kept in the oven
longer
than
two hours
at these
low temperatures
may
not be safe. to eat.
