Phone settings (MU)

1-1) Set alarm

You can set an alarm with the snooze func-
tion on the mobile unit.
1. Press the »Menu« key and select the
»HS Settings« entry with
2. Press »Select«.
3. Select »Alarm« and confirm with »Se-
lect«.
4. Select »On« and confirm with »Select«.
5. Enter the desired alarm time now and
press »Select«.
6. Select now snooze and switch the snoo-
ze function On or Off and complete the
process with »Select«. An alarm clock
symbol will be shown on the display if the
alarm is activated.
7. Once the alarm is triggered it can be swit-
ched off with any key. If you activated
"snooze", then the alarm will be triggered
again after 10 minutes until you switch the
alarm off again.

1-2) Switch the alarm off

1. Press the »Menu« key and select the
»HS Settings« entry with
2. Press »Select«.
3. Select »Alarm« and confirm with »Se-
lect«.
4. Select »Off« and confirm with »Select«.

2-1) Set ringer tone

A selection of 10 ringtones is available. You
can select different ringtones for distingui-
shing internal calls (from a different mobile
unit registered to the same Base) from ex-
ternal calls (from the line network).
1. Press the »Menu« key and select the
»HS Settings« entry with
2. Press »Select«.
3. Select »Set ringer tone« and confirm with
»Select«.
4. The following options are available:
- Ringer tone int.
- Ringer tone ext.

Select the desired option with »Select«.
5. Chose the desired ringer tone and com-
plete the process with »Select«.

2-2) Set ringer tone volume

1. Press the »Menu« key and select the
»HS Settings« entry with
2. Press »Select«.
3. Select »Set ringer tone« and confirm with
»Select«.
4. Select »Volume« and confirm with »Se-
lect«.
5. Chose the desired volume from 1 to 5
or »Off« and complete the process with
»Select«.

3-1) Switch keyboard tone on/off

1. Press the »Menu« key and select the
»HS Settings« entry with
2. Press »Select«.

»Select«.
4. Select "Key Tone" and confirm with »Se-
lect«.
5. Select »Off« and complete the process
with »Select«.
3-2) Range alarm
A signal tone can be heard each time if the
mobile unit is outside the range of the Base
station. This signal tone can be switched on/
off.
