2-1) Listen to messages (MU)

The phone shows tape symbol on the dis-
play if you have received a new message.
1. Press the »Menu« key and select the
»ANS. Machine« entry with
2. Press »Select«.
3. Select »Message« and confirm with »Se-
lect«.
4. Select »MSG Playback« and confirm with
»Select«.
5. The recordings will now be played back.

2-2) Erase all messages (MU)

1. Press the »Menu« key and select the
»ANS. Machine« entry with
2. Press »Select«.
3. Select »Message« and confirm with »Se-
lect«.
4. Select »Delete all« and confirm with »Se-
lect«.
5. Confirm with »OK«.
6. The recordings will now be erased.

2-3) Brief message recording (Memo)

You can leave a message for the user of the
answering machine which can be up to 3 mi-
nutes long.
A tape symbol will be shown on the display
and the letter symbol is illuminated on the
Base (if function is activated, see page 64)if
somebody leaves a brief message.
This message is played back in the same
manner as the playback of an answering
machine message.
1. Press the »Menu« key to select the »ANS.

4. Find »Memo«. The recording will be star-
ted by pressing »Select«.
