7.2 Fernbedienung LC-3
Über die als Zubehör erhältliche Fernbedienung
LC-3 (Abb. 5) können verschiedene Funktionen ge -
steuert werden.
1) Die Fernbedienung an die Buchse REMOTE
CONTROL ONLY (10) anschließen.
2) Am Eingang DMX INPUT (11) darf kein DMX-Sig-
nal anliegen. Die gelbe LED MASTER (5) muss
leuchten.
3) Über den DMX-Ausgang (12) können weitere
TWIST-150 angeschlossen werden (
um diese über die Fernbedienung gemeinsam
mit dem Hauptgerät zu steuern.
4) Mit der Taste STAND BY (16) lässt sich der
Ruhemodus ein- und ausschalten. Bei einge-
schaltetem Ruhemodus leuchtet die LED neben
der Taste. Der Schwenkkopf fährt in die Aus-
gangsposition und die Blende wird geschlossen.

7.2 Remote control LC-3
The remote control LC-3 (fig. 5) available as an
accessory allows to control different functions:
1) Connect the remote control to the jack REMOTE
CONTROL ONLY (10).
2) No DMX signal must be present at the DMX
INPUT (11). The yellow LED MASTER (5) must
light up.
3) Via the DMX OUTPUT (12), it is possible to con-
nect further TWIST-150 units (
order to control them via the remote control to -
gether with the master unit.
4) With the button STAND BY (16), the sleep mode
can be switched on and off. With the sleep mode
switched on, the LED next to the button will light
up. The pan head will go to its starting position
and the shutter will be closed.

8 Bedienung über ein Lichtsteuergerät
Zur Bedienung über ein Lichtsteuergerät mit DMX -
512-Protokoll (z. B. DMX-1440 oder DMX-510USB
von „img Stage Line") verfügt das Gerät über 11
Steuerkanäle. Es kann aber auch in den 8-Kanal-
Modus umgeschaltet werden, wenn nicht alle Funk-
tionen benötigt werden. Die Funktionen der Kanäle
und die DMX-Werte finden Sie im Kapitel 11.1.
8.1 Anschluss
Als DMX-Schnittstelle besitzt das Gerät 3-polige
XLR-Anschlüsse (11 und 12) mit folgender Kontakt-
belegung: Pin 1 = Masse, 2 = DMX-, 3 = DMX+.
Zum Anschluss sollten spezielle Kabel für hohen
Datenfluss verwendet werden. Normale abge-
schirmte Mikrofonkabel mit einem Leitungsquer-
schnitt von mindestens 2 × 0,22 mm
geringer Kapazität sind nur bei einer Gesamtkabel-
länge bis 100 m zu empfehlen. Bei Leitungslängen
ab 150 m wird das Zwischen schalten eines DMX-
Aufholverstärkers empfohlen (z. B. SR-103DMX von
„img Stage Line").
1) Den DMX-Eingang (11) mit dem DMX-Ausgang
des Lichtsteuergerätes verbinden.
2) Den DMX-Ausgang (12) mit dem DMX-Eingang
des nächsten Lichteffektgerätes verbinden. Des-
sen Ausgang wieder mit dem Eingang des nach-
folgenden Gerätes verbinden usw., bis alle Licht-
effektgeräte in einer Kette angeschlossen sind.
3) Den DMX-Ausgang des letzten DMX-Geräts der
Kette mit einem 120-Ω-Widerstand (> 0,3 W) ab -
schlie ßen: An die Pins 2 und 3 eines XLR-Ste-
ckers den Widerstand anlöten und den Ste cker in
den DMX-Ausgang stecken oder einen entspre-
chenden Abschlussstecker (z. B. DLT-123 von
„img Stage Line") verwenden.
8 Operation via a Light Controller
For operation via a light controller with DMX-512
protocol (e. g. DMX-1440 or DMX-510USB by "img
Stage Line"), the unit is equipped with 11 control
channels. However, it can also be switched to the
8-channel mode if not all functions are required. The
functions of the channels and the DMX values can
be found in chapter 11.1.
8.1 Connection
As a DMX interface the unit is equipped with 3-pole
XLR connections (11 and 12) with the following pin
configuration: pin 1 = ground, 2 = DMX-, 3 = DMX+.
For connection, special cables for high data flow
should be used. The use of standard microphone
cables with a minimum cable cross section of 2 ×
0.22 mm

and a capacity as low as possible can only
be recommended for a total cable length of up to
100 m. For cable lengths exceeding 150 m it is
recommended to insert a DMX level matching ampli-
fier (e. g. SR-103DMX from "img Stage Line").
1) Connect the DMX input (11) to the DMX output of
the light controller.
2) Connect the DMX output (12) to the DMX input of
the following light effect unit. Connect its output
again to the input of the following unit, etc. until all
light effect units are connected in a chain.
3) Terminate the DMX output of the last DMX unit in
the chain with a 120 Ω resistor (> 0.3 W): Solder
the resistor to the pins 2 and 3 of an XLR plug and
connect the plug to the DMX output or use a cor-
responding terminating plug (e. g. DLT-123 from
"img Stage Line").
