• Press down the folding lever at the backrest (ball grip) until it reaches the stop (Fig. 5).
When assembling the footrest for the first time, follow the instructions under section 4
"Adjusting the Footrest".
In everday use, proceed as follows:
• Fold down the footrest and slide the footrest receiver slightly upwards. Then turn the footrest
bar outwards to inwards (Fig. 6).
• Join the footplate and the remaining footrest bar together (Fig. 7).
• Put the footplate´s notch onto the holder on the footrest bar (Fig. 8).
