MAINTENANCE
MODE and REQUIREMENTS
The worksite and all outer parts of the machine should
be clean; in addition, anything on the machine shall be
removed in order to guarantee proper and safe opera-
tion.
Visually inspect the safety devices and make sure they
are functioning, check interlocking and shut down
functions, make sure mobile devices are working prop-
erly.
If they are illegible, ask technical support for identical
replacements.
Tools wear down over time. If they are scored or
chipped, they should be replaced.
IMPORTANT
Only replace with original spare parts made by the
manufacturer.
MODE and REQUIREMENTS
All inner parts, the motor housings should be clean and
dry.
Remove any dust or powder with a vacuum cleaner.
Use suitable tools to tighten the terminal blocks,
screws, nuts, bolts and connections in general.
Set the tension of the transmission chain.
Visually check the relays and control circuits.
Use suitable instruments to measure the resistance
to earth of the plant and make sure it complies with
national regulations for the country where the machine
is installed.
