3. SHUT-DOWN
To shut the machine down, press the red pushbutton "
For momentary or prolonged shut-down, before restarting, remove all ingredients from the machine.
For prolonged shut-down, disconnect the machine plug from the mains, or put the general switch on " 0 "
4. SWITCHING OFF
To switch off:
1. do not switch of while the machine is in operation
2. shut down the machine by activating the control device "
3. completely empty the tank
4. put the main switch on " 0 "
5. clean the machine
5. OPERATING SAFETY
If the machine is overloaded or overheats, it shuts down immediately due to the action of the motor reduction gear thermal
cut-out. In this event, wait for the machine to cool down completely before restarting.

6. NO POWER

After a blackout or power shortage, the machine can only be restarted by following the start-up procedure.

7. OPENING THE MOBILE GUARD

Lifting the interlocking mobile guard shuts the machine down immediately through the action of a safety micro-switch.
The machine can be restarted only after lowering the guard into position and following the start up procedure.
