The differential device should have high resistance to impulse voltage surges such as lightning or from the mains (see EN
61008-1 latest editions).
In addition:
1. The main switch on the control board does not have a rated cut-off power because it comprises a socket and plug; in addi
tion it should be protected against short circuits with a device with rated power not above the technical data;
2. upstream of the feed cable for the electrical equipment a current overload protection device should be fitted and kept in
compli9ance with existing technical regulations.
12. CHECKING PROPER WIRING ( FIG. 6 )
For the 230/400 V 3-phase connection, make sure the motor is rotating in the right direction as follows:
•
Position the main switch upstream of the machine to "ON" .
•

If the rotation is in the wrong direction:
before making any changes to the wiring, unplug the machine ( no power), then:
INVERT TWO OF THE THREE PHASE WIRES OF THE MAIN SWITCH AND CHECK THE DIRECTION OF ROTATION
13. EQUIPOTENTIAL CONNECTION ( FIG. 7 )
THE MACHINE IS FITTED WITH A SCREW (6) FOR THE EQUIPOTENTIAL CONNECTION.
TO CONNECT, UNSCREW (6), CONNECT THE WIRE FROM THE EQUIPOTENTIAL GRID AND SCREW BACK ON.
