corpo il più lontano possibile
dalla
torretta
l'autocentrante è in fase di
rotazione per evitare rischi
di schiacciamento.
5) Guidare con le mani il pneumatico in modo che il tallone
passi sotto la parte a forma di unghia della torretta (16, Fig. A)

e all'esterno del suo labbro di sostegno (vedi Fig. F).
ATTENZIONE : Se il pneumatico è tubeless iniziare il montaggio
con la valvola posizionata a 180
Ruotare l'autocentrante in senso orario premendo il pedale (1,
Fig. A) e mantenendo con le mani il tallone del pneumatico
premuto nella gola interna del cerchione.
6) Se il pneumatico è con camera d'aria inserire la medesima.
7) Ripetere le operazioni del punto 5 anche per il tallone supe-
riore del pneumatico.A montaggio ultimato premere il pedale
(7, Fig. A) in modo da portare il palo (11, Fig. A) in posizione di

fuori lavoro.
8) Premere il pedale (5, Fig. A) per liberare la ruota dall'auto-
centrante.
N.B.: Entrambe le operazioni di smontaggio e montaggio van-
no effettuate ruotando in senso orario l'autocentrante.Il senso

di rotazione antiorario serve solamente per rimediare ad even-
tuali errori dell'operatore.

5) Guide the tyre so that the lower bead is above the forward
portion of the mount/demount head (16, Fig. A : See Fig. F).
IMPORTANT! If the tyre is tubeless, mount it with the valve at

from the tool arm.
Now depress the pedal (1, Fig. A) to begin clockwise rotation.
Utilize the wheel's drop-centre area by pushing down on the
sidewall nearly opposite the head to reduce tensional force
on the bead as the wheel rotates.
6) Insert the inner tube if the tyre has one.
7) Once the lower bead is completely mounted, repeat the
previous procedures for the upper bead.When the tyre is
mounted, depress pedal (7, Fig. A) to move the tower (11, Fig.
A) to its non-work position.
8) Depress pedal (5, Fig. A) to release the wheel from the ta-
ble top.
N.B. Demounting and mounting are always done with the table
top rotating clockwise.Anticlockwise rotation is used only to
correct operator errors or if the table top stalls.
