The installation and operating instructions facilitate the proper installation and use of the Hydro
Shield filter system. The information and recommendations stated therein, as well as the local dis-
posal regulations applicable for the field of use, must be observed. Read through the installation and
operating instructions completely before commencing any work on the Hydro Shield filter system.

indicate the severity of the hazard. Observe these notices and proceed with care. This will avoid
accidents and damage to property.

taking into account the applicable standards and regulations, state-of-the-art technology and our
many years of expertise and experience.
The Hydro Shield System is covered by a 1-year warranty. Valid 1 year from HOUNÖ delivery date.
HOUNÖ accepts no liability for damage or consequential damage arising from:
Failure to comply with the information in the installation and operating instructions
Improper use
Incorrect, faulty installation
Improper operation
Unauthorised alterations
Technical modifications
Use of non-approved components
3.3

Responsibility of the operator

The installation and operating instructions must be kept in the immediate vicinity of
the filter system and must be accessible at all times.
The filter system may only be operated when in a faultless and safe condition.
The information in the installation and operating instructions must be closely followed.
