WARNING: When using the handle as portable vacuum cleaner extension
ALWAYS GRIP THE APPLIANCE WITH BOTH HANDS, USING BOTH HANDLES.
As an alternative, hold it with one hand only using the handle of the portable
vacuum cleaner.

WARNING: DO NOT grip with one hand only using the (2) handle only (3).
The appliance has the option of using the handle (3) as portable vacuum cleaner extension
(4):
• release the adapter protection cap (1)
• Slide the adapter release button (17) pushing it up
• Insert the adapter (17a) in the portable vacuum cleaner suction inlet (4) ensuring both
handles are facing in the same direction [Fig. I]
• The following accessories can be used on the extension
• Ceiling nozzle (21e)
• Elbow joint (21h)
• The following accessories can be connected to the elbow joint (21h):
• upholstery nozzle (21a)
• delicate surface nozzle (21c)
WARNING! Always disconnect the appliance from the mains
supply before cleaning or performing maintenance.
CAUTION! Periodicaly verify that filters and the inlet opening
are not clogged.

CLEANING THE APPLIANCE

• remove the vacuum cleaner from the charging base/accessory holder (9). [Fig. F]
• Switch the appliance off before cleaning it.
CAUTION! DO NOT use solvents or other aggressive or abrasive
detergents in order not to damage the appliance surfaces.

CLEANING THE TURBO BRUSH (10)

• remove the brush locking screw (10c) with the aid of a screwdriver, turning it anti-
clockwise [Fig. M]
