6.0 TROUBLESHOOT

TROUBLE
Lift does not work. No reaction at all.
After pushing the UP button the motor
reacts but the lift does not move.
No reaction after pushing the UP
button
Saddle P1 position is higher or lower
than saddle P2.
By pressing "DOWN" the saddle stop
at different elevation.
By pressing "DOWN" the saddle
do not lower.

7.0 SPARE PARTS

Spare parts should be ordered from AGM-CO.SMET Srl and orders should contain the following information:
• Type, version and serial number of the lift. This information is stamped on the plate that comes with every system (1 Fig. 3).
• Number of the spare part table and part number.
• Part description and the number of pieces required.
• Shipping. If nothing is specified AGM-CO.SMET Srl, although paying much attention to this service, is not responsible for delays caused by
force majeure.
Transport costs are always at the consignee's expense. The goods travel at the buyer's risk even if sold free destination.
If quotations are necessary, give the part number of each single piece.
CAUSE

Selector switch in OFF position.
- No electric supply.
- Cable connections.
- Fusible burnt out.
- Rotation of the motor.
- Not enough oil in the tank.
- Discharge electrovalve (EV1)

- Cable connection.
- Microswitch FC1 engaged or defective.
- Air inroads in the system.
- No correct alignment.
- Safety valve engaged.
- Saddle P2 blocked
- FC2 activated or broken
SOLUTIONS

Turn the selector switch to the ON positon
- Check the cause.
- Control connections.
- Replace.
- Change over wires.
- Add oil.

Check the electrovalve, replace if
necessary
- Check connections.
- Check.
- Bleed and realign.
- Align the saddles. (§ 3.4.5)
