Operating Instructions for SATA HRS
US
■ Observe accident prevention regulations BGR 500.

3. Use

Intended Use
The pressure spray gun is intended for applying cleaning and preserva-
tive media on surfaces and in cavities.
Improper use
The pressure spray gun is not intended to be used for the application of
paints and coatings.

4. Description

This pressure spray gun is connected to the compressed air circuit using
a quick connect nipple and air hose. Operating the trigger introduces
the compressed air into the pressure cup via a check valve. The excess
pressure conveys the material to the mixing cap via the suction pipe. The
spray air and material are mixed in the mixing cap via another air pas-
sage. The air/material mixture is conveyed to the wand tip via the quick
connect coupling and atomized to a fine mist depending on the wand tip
used.

5. Scope of Delivery

■ Pressure spray gun, depending on whether equipped with / without
material flow control
■ Pressure spray gun, depending on model
■ Various wand systems, depending on model
