Pressure not supplied
to pressure cup.
Material viscosity is
too high.
Wand diameter is too
small.
Wand tip is soiled.
Corrective action
Connect to com-
pressed air circuit.
Remove check valve
[1-18], clean and, if
necessary, replace
(see 11.3).
Remove inlet valve
[3-9], clean and, if
necessary, replace
(see 10.4 and 11.4).
Remove quick connect
coupling [2-4], clean
and, if necessary, re-
place (see 10.1).
Increase inlet pres-
sure.
Use larger diameter
wand.
Clean wand tip (see
11.2).
