4 Handling
4.1 Assembly preparations
Disassemble the upper part of the 10V51 MyolinoWrist 2000 with the
709S42 Allen Wrench included (fig. 1). Remove the O-ring from the lami-
nation ring guide (fig. 2).
4.2 Assembly
4.2.1 Assembly 10V51=1
1) Close threaded holes on distal end of the 11D3 Lamination Ring with
636K8 Plasta Tape. Apply 633F11 Silicone Grease (fig. 3) and snap the
lamination dummy in place audibly. Remove excess silicone grease.
2) Close threaded holes on proximal end of the lamination ring with 636K8
Plasta Tape (fig. 4). Fill inner contours with 636K8 Plasta Tape (fig. 5).
3) Place lamination ring on the prepared contoured foam part isolated by
99B81 PVA Bag (fig. 6). Use the circumferential groove to tie off the
623T3 Perlon Stockinette (fig. 7). Additionally apply the carbon fibre
cloth for reinforcement of the outer socket.
4) Laminate the outer socket while observing the manufacturer's proces-
sing instructions.
5) After the resin has cured, take off the PVA bag and cut the lamination
ring free (fig. 8). Remove the resin from lamination dummy and remove
the lamination dummy from the socket.
6) Cut off the excess laminating resin. For proper function of the Myolino
Wrist 2000, the laminating resin on the outer brim of the lamination ring
(fig. 9, arrow) should be removed.
