4.2.2 Assembly 10V51=2
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to safety-relevant ingredients. Before processing
the 636K18 Orthocryl® Sealing Resin Compact Glue and the 617H14
Hardener Paste, read the relevant safety data sheet.
INFORMATION
Before bonding the lamination ring, shorten the forearm component to
the required measurement.
1) Mix 636K18=1 Orthocryl® Sealing Resin Compact Glue and 617P14
Hardener Paste in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
2) Roughen the socket inner side and clean with 634A3 Acetone. Allow the
acetone evaporate and apply Sealing Resin Compact Glue.
3) Clean the knurled edge of the lamination ring with acetone. Allow the
acetone evaporate and apply Sealing Resin Compact Glue (fig. 10).
4) Insert the lamination ring into the socket. Remove excess Sealing Resin
Compact Glue. Let the adhesive joint harden.
4.2.3 Assembling the contact plate with cable for the 7in1 and
4in1 Controllers
1) Loosen the three screws connecting the adapter ring with the attachment
using the Phillips screwdriver (fig. 11).
2) Place the 711M50-1 / 711M50 assembly adapter into the 7in1 Control-
ler / 4in1 Controller LS.
3) The contact plate should audibly engage in the adapter ring (fig. 12).
4) Guide the cable of the 7in1 Controller / 4in1 Controller LS through the
hole in the attachment (Fig. 13).
5) Screw the adapter ring to the attachment again (fig. 11).
4.2.4 Wrist unit assembly
1) Re-insert the O-ring into the guide (fig. 2).
2) Insert the cable centrally through the lamination ring and put on the
upper part of the MyolinoWrist 2000. Mount the wrist unit with the oval
countersunk head screws (fig. 14).
