7.12 Replacing the primary fuse
The primary fuses are located in a fixing element under the mains connection.
Isolate the lifting column from the mains.
Press the retaining clips 2 together and pull the fixing
element 1 out of the lifting column.
Replace defective fuse 3 with new fuses of the same
type (refer to the value of the fuses from the device
sticker).
Push the fixing element back into the lifting column
until it engages securely.
Using unsuitable fuses or repairing fuses can result in fire, injury and accidents and
damage the lifting column.
Always isolate the lifting column from the mains before you change a fuse.
Never repair fuses.
Always replace a fuse with a new fuse of the same rating and the same size.
Never replace a fuse with a metal strip, paper clip or similar – not even for a
short period of time!
Do not continue to operate the lifting column if the fault cannot be rectified by
replacing the primary fuse. Contact Rose+Krieger!

7.13 Disposal and return

The lifting column must either be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner according to
the applicable directives and regulations, or returned to the manufacturer.
The lifting column contains electronic components, cables, metals, plastics, etc., and must be
disposed of in compliance with the applicable environmental regulations of the respective
country. The disposal of the product in Germany is subject to the the EU Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive
