028111MONTAGEHANDLEIDING
1. Meegeleverde onderdelen en bevestigingsmaterialen van de trekhaak verwijderen. Eventueel
aanwezige kit ter plaatse van de bevestigingspunten verwijderen.
2. Verwijder de vloermat en de beschermplaat van het reservewiel uit de kofferbak. Demonteer de
zijpanelen en de achterbeschermplaat. Verwijder de twee moddervangers uit de bumper.
3. Demonteer het sleepoog. Dit komt te vervallen.
Maak de benzine-leiding t.p.v. de punten "A" los en verwijder de kunstof-pluggen uit de onderzijde
van het chassis.
4. Boor de bestaande gaten "A" in het chassis, via de onderzijde, door tot in de kofferruimte m.b.v. boor
ø11mm. Vergroot de gaten aan de binnenzijde van de kofferbak tot ø26mm.
5. Bepaal de posities van de gaten "B" m.b.v. contrastrippen "1" (zie tekening ); let op steek tussen de
gaten is 1075mm. Boor gaten "B" in het chassis, vanuit de kofferruimte, m.b.v. boor ø11mm.
Vergroot de gaten aan de binnenzijde van de kofferbak tot ø19mm.
6. Plaats steun "2", met een scheppende beweging, over de benzineleiding. Monteer steun "2" t.p.v. gat
"A" d.m.v. contrastrip "1", bout M10x90, afstandsbus ø25x4 L= 54mm, veerring en moer en t.p.v. gat
"B" d.m.v.bout M10x90, afstandsbus ø18x3,5 L= 54mm, veerring en moer.
7. Monteer steun "3" t.p.v. gat "A" d.m.v. contrastrip "1", bout M10x90, afstandsbus ø25x4 L=54mm,
veerring en moer en t.p.v. gat "B" d.m.v. bout M10x90, afstandsbus ø18x3,5 L=54mm, veerring en
moer.
8. Monteer de dwarsbalk "4" t.p.v de gaten "C" met bouten M10x30, incl. sluitringen, veerringen en
moeren M10.
9. Monteer de kogel incl. stekkerdoosplaat "5" t.p.v. de gaten "D" met 2 bouten M12x70, veerringen en
moeren.
10. Zet de trekhaak vast. Hierbij de volgende aanhaalmomenten hanteren:

11. Verwijder aan de onderzijde van de zijpanelen t.p.v. de bevestigingspunten en contraplaten een deel
van 12 mm zie detail.
12. Herplaats de onder punt 2 en 3 verwijderde onderdelen.
13. Het is noodzakelijk om na ca. 1000 km gebruik de boutverbindingen na te trekken (volgens gegeven
aanhaalmomenten).
14. Bosal kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor enig gebrek in het produkt zoals veroorzaakt door
de schuld of door welk onoordeelkundig gebruik ook van de gebruiker of een persoon voor wie hij
aansprakelijk is (art. 185, lid 2 N.B.W.).
028111 ANBAUANWEISUNG
1. Die Anhängevorrichtung auspacken und die Befestigungsteile auf Vollständigkeit überprüfen. Im Bereich
der Befestigungspunkte den Unterbodenschutz entfernen.
2. Die Kofferraummatte und die Abdeckplatte des Reserverads aus dem Kofferraum entfernen. Die Seitenplatten
und das Abschlußblech demontieren. Die Schmüzfänger aus dem Stoßfänger entfernen.
3. Die Abschleppöse demontieren. Diese wird nicht mehr benötigt.
Die Benzinleitung an den Löchern "A" lösen und die Kunststoffabdichtungen aus der Chassisunterseite
entfernen.
4. Die vorhandenen Löcher "A" im Chassis, mit einem ø11mm Bohrer, durch die Unterseite in den Kofferraum
bohren. Die Löcher an der Innenseite des Kofferraums bis ø26mm vergrößern.
5. Die Position der Löcher "B" gemäß Zeichnung, mit Hilfe der Gegenplatten "1"
bestimmen. Achtung: Die Distanz zwischen den Löchern ist 1075mm. Die Löcher "B", mit einem ø 11 mm
Bohrer, vom Kofferraum aus, ins Chassis bohren. Die Löcher an der Innenseite des Kofferraums bis
ø19mm vergrößeren.
6. Die Stütze "2" über die Benzinleitung legen.
Die Stütze "2" mit Gegenplatte "1", Schraube M10x90, Distanzbuchse ø25x4 L=54mm, Federring und Mutter
an Loch "A" und mit Schraube M10x90, Distanzbuchse ø18x3,5 L=54mm, Federring und Mutter an Loch "B"
montieren.
7. Die Stütze "3" mit Gegenplatte "1", Schraube M10x90, Distanzbuchse ø25x4 L=54mm, Federring und Mutter
an Loch "A" und mit Schraube M10x90, Distanzbuchse ø18x3,5 L=54mm, Federring und Mutter an Loch "B"
montieren.
8. Den Querträger "4" mit Schrauben M10x30, Unterlegscheiben, Federringen und Muttern M10 an den
Löchern "C" montieren.
9. Die Kugel und Steckdosenhalteplatte "5" mit zwei Schrauben M12x70, Federringen und Muttern an den
Löchern "D" montieren.
10. Die Anhängevorrichtung ausrichten und alle Schrauben mit folgenden Drehmomenten anziehen:

11. An der Unterseite der Seitenplatten, im Bereich der Befestigungspunkten und Gegenplatten, einen
Ausschnitt von 12 mm gemäß Detail vornehmen.
12. Alle unter Schritt 2 und 3 abgenommenen Teile wieder anbringen.
13. Nach ca. 1000 km die Bolzenverbindungen, wie angegeben, nachziehen.
14. Für einen Mangel am Produkt, der durch den Fahrzeughalter oder eine andere Person aufgrund
unsachgemäßer Benutzung verursacht wurde, übernimmt Bosal keine Haftung. (art. 185 lid 2 N.B.W.)
028111 FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary, remove the
underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment/frame members.
2. Remove the floor-mat and the protection plate from the spare wheel out of the luggage compartment. Dismount
the side-plates and the rear-protection panel. Remove the two mudguards from the bumper.
3. Dismount the towing ring. This will no longer be used. Loosen the fuel tube at the holes "A" and remove the
cover caps from the lowerside of the chassis.
4. Drill the existing holes "A" in the chassis, through the lowerside, into the luggage compartment using a drill
ø11mm. Enlarge the holes on the inside of the luggage compartment to ø26mm.
5. Determine the position of the holes "B" using the backing plates "1" (see drawing). Attention: the distance
between the holes is 1075mm. Drill the holes "B" from the luggage compartment into the chassis using a drill
ø11m. Enlarge the holes on the inside of the luggage compartment to ø19mm.
6. Place support "2", with a scooping movement, across the fuel tube.
Mount support "2" at hole "A" using a backing plate "1", bolt M10x90, distance tube ø25x4 L=54mm, spring
washer and nut and at hole "B" using bolt M10x90, distance tube ø18x3,5 L=54, spring washer and nut.
7. Mount support "3" at hole "A" using a backing plate "1", bolt M10x90, distance tube ø25x4 L=54mm, spring
washer and nut and at hole "B" using bolt M10x90, distance tube ø18x3,5 L=54, spring washer and nut.
8. Mount the crossbar "4" at the holes "C" using bolts M10x30, plain washers, spring washers and nuts M10.
9. Mount the ball including socket plate "5" at the holes "D" using 2 bolts M12x70, spring washers and nuts.
10. Secure the towbar using a torque-wrench. Torque the bolts as follows:

11. Make a recess of 12 mm on the lowerside of the side panels in the position of the fitting points and
backing plates as shown in the detail.
12. Replace all parts removed in point 2 and 3.
13. After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.
