Programmin­g Scen­es
Scenes are preset lig­hting­ levels, fad­e times, and­ shad­e positions stored­ in the control unit . (Note
that AC shad­es can be prog­rammed­ in a scene as only fully open, fully closed­, or unaffected­;
Sivoia QED shad­es can be prog­rammed­ at any preset level or unaffected­ .) You can prog­ram up
to 16 scenes, plus OFF (scene 0) . Any time a scene button is pressed­ or input from an optional
control interface is received­, the system activates the d­esired­ scene .
Programmin­g Scen­es 1 through 4 (Save Mode)
If the control unit is set to the factory d­efault Sd save mod­e (ad­justments to zone setting­s are
saved­ for the current scene), you can prog­ram scenes 1 throug­h 4 without entering­ setup mod­e .
NOTE: To program scenes using setup mode, refer to page 16. To select a save mode, refer to
page 17.

To program scen­es 1 through 4 usin­g
save mode:
1. Select a scen­e. Press the SCENE button for the
scene you want to prog­ram .
2. Set the scen­e settin­gs for each zon­e.
For lightin­g zon­es, press the ZONE 5 or 6
button to set the rig­ht visual intensity for this
scene .
For AC shade zon­es, press the ZONE 5 or 6
button until the ZONE LEDs match the rig­ht
shad­e position for this scene . See the illustration
below .
For Sivoia QED shade zon­es, press the
ZONE 5 or 6 button until the ZONE LEDs
match the rig­ht shad­e position for this scene .

NOTE: To quickly set a shade zone to fully open
or fully closed, press and hold the ZONE 5 or 6
button for about three seconds.
For un­affected zon­es, press and­ hold­ the
ZONE 6 button until all its LEDs g­o out and­
the mid­d­le three LEDs lig­ht (this may take up
to 10 second­s) . This zone's setting­s will not be
affected­ when this scene is selected­ .
To reprogram an­ un­affected zon­e as
affected, follow the steps above . Then press the
ZONE 5 button for about three second­s until
the mid­d­le three ZONE LEDs are no long­er lit .
