- Página 7 Setting the seat depth Push the rear lever on the right beneath the seat and slide the seat either forwards or backwards. It is important that whatever the position, you are in contact with the backrest and that there is suf- ficient room between the front edge of the seat and the lower legs.
- Página 8 Setting the resistance of the backrest Pull out the hand wheel on the bottom left of the seat and turn it until the resistance of the backrest has reached the desired level (forwards higher, backwards lower). The backrest should be adjusted to your weight such that it supports you in any sitting position while at the same time enabling dynamic sitting.

By moving it in the opposite direc- tion you release the locked position, enabling the backrest and as such the synchronised mechanism to be used for dynamic sitting.
