Installation of detection sensors
Evolution Detecta4 and Avisa Kits use conventional detectors.
Four intrusion detectors are supplied with the Kit, and it is easy to increase the number of detectors
(with no set limit). Installation of the detectors requires no programming, simply connect them to the
installation correctly (as shown in the wiring diagrams in this Manual).
Evolution Detecta4 and Avisa Kits manage up to 4 alarm zones, and you can install as many detectors in
them as you like.
Every detector must be connected to one of the alarm zones. Each alarm zone has two connection
terminals, presented in the monitor connector as:
Detectors can be connected in series or in parallel, depending on the operational mode of the detectors
used: Normally Closed (N.C.) or Normally Open (N.O), respectively.
The detectors included in the kit are N.C. type, so if several detectors are to be installed in the same
zone, they should be installed in series.
NOTE:
The alarm zones in the system are configured to work with N.C. detectors.
If using N.A. mode detectors, the corresponding alarm zone will need to be configured in N.A. mode
(See «Alarm Zones Configuration Zones» section in this Manual»).
