Blocfor 30R has a capacity for 30 meters.
Both blocfors are equipped with 2 handles to facilitate handling.
The Blocfor 20R and 30R can be mounted on one of the
Tracpode legs by means of a mounting bracket.

The Blocfor R is not appropriate for handling and securing a load.
Rescue lifting device implementing Carol winch
Note : The CAROL winch must not be used to raise or
lower a person (this winch does not satisfy the
requirements of standard EN 1808 dated 1999),
except for rescue of a person by lifting (standard
EN 1496 A), i.e. to rescue a person by winching
them up. Maximum load : 120 kg.
This winch can also be used independently to
maneuver a load (directive 98/37/CEE).
The Carol TS manual drum winch will allow rescuing personnel
by lifting. The system provides a high degree of safety by two
independent braking devices: the winch comes in two versions:
• 20 m Carol winch, equipped with mounting bracket, code
058199 + 20m cable, code 026459.
• 30 m Carol winch, equipped with mounting bracket, code
058209 + 30m cable, code 026469.

• 30 m Carol winch, equipped with mounting bracket, code
058209 + 30m cable, code 026469. Maximum load: 250 kg.
Installation
The Tracpode is supplied without pulley. To install a Blocfor 20R
or 30R and a Carol winch with specific mounting bracket, you
must install one (or two) pulley kit(s) code 066568 on the upper
part of the Tracpode head. The pulley kit can be installed on any
of the Tracpode legs.
The pulleys must only be installed by a qualified technician fami-
liar with the installation procedure as described in this manual.
Installing the pulley kit :

1 - Unscrew the two nuts M12 and remove the two screws using
a 19mm wrench.
2 - Align the holes of the pulley kit with the holes on the Tracpode
head.
3 - Install the two screws, making sure that the two spacer tubes
of the side plates are still in position.
4 - Fit and tighten the 2 nuts.
