1. Die Anhängevorrichtung auspacken und die Befestigungsteile auf Vollständigkeit
überprüfen.
Im Bereich der Befestigungspunkte den Unterbodenschutz entfernen.
2. Das Reserverad ablassen.
3. - der Reflektor zwischen den Rücklichtern demontieren (2 Kunststoffklipse)
- die Rücklichter demontieren (1 Schraube)
- die Schirmhaube unter der Hintertür demontieren (2 Schrauben)
4. Den Stoßfanger demontieren:
- 4 Schrauben im Abschlußblech entfernen
- 1 Schraube in beiden Radschutzkästen entfernen
- 4 Kunststoffklipse und 2 Schrauben an der Unterseite des Stoßfängers entfernen
- den Stecker der Nummernschildbeleuchtung aus rasten
5. Den Styroporinnenstoßfänger entfernen.
Den Metallinnnenstoßfänger demontieren (5 Muttern).
Den Kunststoffinnenstoßfänger demontieren (4 Kunststoffklipse).
6. Die Abschleppöse demontieren (3 Schrauben). Die Abschleppöse und 1 Schraube
werden nicht mehr benötigt.
7. Den Schalldämpfer ablassen.
8. Die Stütze „1" mit den 2 vorhandenen Schrauben der Abschleppöse,
Unterlegscheiben, Federringen und M10x1,25 Muttern an den Löchern „A" montieren.
9. Die Stütze „2" montieren:
-mit 2 Schrauben M10x30(10.9), Unterlegscheiben, Federringen und Muttern an den
Löchern „B"
-mit 1 Schraube M10x1,25x40, Unterlegscheibe und Federring an das Loch „C"
10.Die Stütze „3" mit 1 Schraube M10x1,25x40, Unterlegscheibe und Federring an das
Loch „D" montieren.
11. Die Stütze „4" montieren:
-mit 2 Schrauben M10x30(10.9), Unterlegscheiben, Federringen und Muttern an den
Löchern „E"
-mit 2 Schrauben M10x1,25x40, Unterlegscheiben, Federringen und Muttern an den
Löchern „F"
12.Den Querträger mit 4 Schrauben M12x40(10.9), Unterlegscheiben, Federringen und
Muttern an den Löchern „G" montieren.
13.Die Kugelaufnahme und Steckdosenhalteplatte mit zwei Schrauben M12x70,
Federringen und Muttern an den Löchern "H" montieren.
14.Die Anhängevorrichtung festziehen. Handhaben Sie hierbei die Anzugsmomente
gemäß Seite 1.
15.An einer Seite des Kunststoffinnenstoßfängers die Ausschnitte gemäß Detail 1
vornehmen. Die Ausschnitte sind am Kunststoffinnenstoßfänger markiert.
16.Einen Ausschnitt im Kunststoffinnenstoßfänger gemäß Detail 2 vornehmen.
17.Einen Ausschnitt im Stoßfänger gemäß Detail 3 vornehmen.
18.Alle in Punkt 2-5 en 7 entfernten Teile wieder montieren.

1. Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If
necessary, remove the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage
compartment/frame members.
2. Lower the spare wheel.
3. Dismount:
- the reflector between the rearlights (2 synthetic clips)
- both rearlights (1 bolt)
- the protectioncap below the back door (2 bolts)
4. Dismount the bumper, remove:
- 4 screws from the rear panel
- 1 screw in both wheel arches
- 4 synthetic clips and 2 screws from the lower side of the bumper
- loosen the plug from the registration plate lighting
5. Remove the expanded polystyrene inside bumper.
Dismount the metal inside bumper (5 nuts).
Dismount the synthetic inside bumper (4 synthetic clips).
6. Dismount the towing ring (3 bolts). The towing ring and 1 bolt will no longer be used.
7. Lower the exhaust damper.
8. Mount support "1" using the 2 existing bolts from the towing ring, plain washers,
spring washers and M10x1,25 nuts at the holes "A".
9. Mount support "2":
- using 2 M10x30(10.9) bolts, plain washers, spring washers and nuts at the holes
"B"
- using 1 M10x1,25x40 bolt, plain washer and spring washer at the hole "C"
10.Mount support "3" using 1 M10x1,25x40 bolt, plain washer and spring washer at the
hole "D".
11. Mount support "4":
- using 2 M10x30(10.9) bolts, plain washers, spring washers and nuts at the holes
"E"
- using 2 M10x1,25x40 bolts, plain washers, spring washers and nuts at the holes
"F"
12.Mount the crossbar using 4 M12x40(10.99) bolts, plain washers, spring washers and
nuts at the holes "G".
13.Mount the ball support and socket plate at the holes "H" using 2 M12x70 bolts,
spring washers and nuts.
14.Attach the towbar. Use the tightening tolerances as shown on page 1.
15.Make recesses in one side of the synthetic inside bumper according detail 1.
The recesses are marked on the synthetic inside bumper.
16.Make a recess in the synthetic inside bumper according detail 2.
17.Make a recess in the bumper according detail 3.
18.Replace all removed parts mentioned in point 2-5 and 7.
