Filling the thermo transport containers
•
Prepare the desired food products, fill the appropriate GN containers and place them
inside the thermo transport container.
CAUTION!
Do not place cookware and baking trays directly from the oven into the thermo
transport container. Hot cookware may damage the container's surface.
Leave the prepared food products to cool to a minimum temperature of 120 ° C.

To achieve optimal storage temperature, fill the thermo transport container
completely.
•
To maintain temperature for as long as possible, the thermo transport container
should be filled to at least 50% of capacity.
WARNING! Risk of injury from door!
When closing the unit, ensure that no body parts are located between the door and
the transport container.
•
When the container is filled, only open the ventilation cover in order to equalize
the pressure inside the container.
•
After filling up, close the door of the
thermo transport container by means
of the door lock so that it snaps into
the groove provided on the housing.
•
To avoid loss of temperature, do not open
the filled thermo transport container longer
than is necessary.
