ZUCCHINI ON A STICK

6 Medium
Zucchini, peeled

3 Cups Seasoned
Bread Crumbs

3 Tbsp. Minced
Fresh Rosemary

Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl. Whisk in the
milk, then set aside. Place the bread crumbs
into a plastic bag, and set aside.
Separate and place an egg roll wrapper onto your work
surface with one of the tips pointed towards you. Moisten
the two far edges of the wrapper with water. Place a string
cheese stick onto the corner nearest you, and roll it in
1/3 of the way, fold over the right and left corners, then
continue rolling to the end, pressing to seal. Repeat with
the remaining string cheese sticks and egg roll wrappers.
Insert bamboo sticks into wrapped cheese.
Dip the mozzarella sticks into the egg wash,
then toss in the bread crumbs.
Place in preheated wells of Lower Cooking Surface.
Close the Lid and cook for 3-7 minutes.
Open Lid with a pot holder or oven mitt.
Remove each with wooden or plastic kitchen
utensil. Place on plate and cool.
Serve with your favorite marinara dipping sauce.
Preheat the SNACKS ON A STICK maker as directed.
Cut each zucchini in half width-wise, then
cut each half lengthwise into quarters.
In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and
rosemary. In another bowl, beat egg and water.
Dip zucchini in egg mixture, then coat with crumb
mixture. Coat again in egg and crumbs.
Insert sticks and place in preheated
wells of Lower Cooking Surface.
Close the Lid and cook for 5-8 minutes.
Open Lid with a pot holder or oven mitt.
Remove each with a wooden or plastic kitchen utensil.
Serve with your favorite tomato or marinara sauce.
