CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES ON A STICK
•
1 Cup Butter, melted
•
3 Cups White Sugar
•
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
•
4 Eggs
•
1 ½ Cups All-
Purpose Flour
•
1 Cup Unsweetened
Cocoa Powder
•
1 Tsp. Salt
•
1 Cup Semisweet
Chocolate Chips
•
Popsicle Sticks
Preheat the SNACKS ON A STICK maker as directed.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, and
salt; stir into the creamed mixture until well
blended. Mix in the chocolate chips.
Roll dough into logs. Insert popsicle sticks and place
in preheated wells of Lower Cooking Surface.
Close the Lid and cook for 5-8 minutes
or until cooked through.
Open Lid with a pot holder or oven mitt.
Remove cookies with a wooden or plastic kitchen utensil.
Place on wire rack to cool.
Preheat the SNACKS ON A STICK maker as directed.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar
and vanilla. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing
well after each, until thoroughly blended.
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder and salt.
Gradually stir the flour mixture into the chocolate
mixture until blended. Stir in the chocolate morsels.
Carefully pour into preheated wells of the Lower
Cooking Surface. Place sticks in center of batter.
(Be sure to completely cover sticks with batter.)
Close the Lid and cook for 3-7 minutes.
Open Lid with a pot holder or oven mitt.
Remove each brownie with wooden or plastic
kitchen utensil. Place on plate and allow to cool.
