SLOW COOKING

1. Brown meat and vegetables (see "BROWN/ SAUTE/
SOFTEN/ BOIL" on page 9).
2. Boil the cooking liquid (see "BROWN/ SAUTE/
SOFTEN/ BOIL" on page 9).
3. Put the solid ingredients into the bowl, then add the
cooking liquid.
4. Close the lid.

light will glow.
7. The display will show 8 hours, and count down.
8. At the end of the cooking time, the appliance will go
into "keep warm" mode.
