Never set the pressure switch so that the technical specifications of the Nitrogen tire filling system are exceeded; this can cause seri-
ous injury or damage
The pneumatical pressure switch looks as shown in the picture below
To adjust the pressure switch settings:
1.
Loosen the lock nut.
2.
The pressure setting can be increased by turning the pressure rod at the finger grip clockwise and decreased by turning it counter clock-
wise. Be careful when turning counter clockwise, as the pressure rod will come apart eventually.
3.
The differential screw does not need adjustment. Erroneous setting can cause the pressure switch to pop repeatedly. Should its setting
have been changed erroneously reset it as follows.
4.
Loosen lock nut 2.
5.
Turn the differential screw clockwise until it cannot go further. Then turn it counter clockwise 90° of rotation.
1.
Open the compressed air supply inlet ball valve slowly.
2.
The system is ready for use now.

6.2 Stop Operation of Nitrogen Tire Filling System for Maintenance

1.
Shut off the pressurized air supply before you perform maintenance.
2.
Depressurize the system by venting the nitrogen outlet.
3.
Make sure that the system is fully depressurized by checking the pressure gauge.
TIP: should the filters not be fully depressurized it is possible to depressurize these manually by pushing up the needle
in the drain outlet in one of the filters.
