1. PRoDUCT oVERVIEW

The 3M™ Electronic Pipettor II - 5 mL is pre-programmed to perform the most common 3M™ Petrifilm™ Plate dilutions and provide high accuracy
and precision handling for micro-volumes of liquids. The microprocessor-based system reduces the possibility of human error and instrument
contamination by controlling pipetting speed, calibration and volume selection. Its lightweight and ergonomic controls take the effort out of pipetting to
help reduce the risk of repetitive strain injuries associated with manual pipetting.

2. InTEnDED UsE anD safETY InfoRMaTIon

Please read, understand, and follow all safety information contained in this Operator's Manual prior to using the 3M Electronic Pipettor II - 5 mL.
Retain these instructions for future reference.

InTEnDED UsE

The 3M Electronic Pipettor II - 5 mL is intended to be used in food and beverage industry laboratories to deliver liquid food samples onto 3M Petrifilm
Plates or other culture media and is intended only to be used by trained personnel. The product has been designed and tested to only be used with
the applicable 3M approved wall plug-in transformer. If this product is used in a manner not specified, the protection provided by the 3M Electronic
Pipettor II - 5 mL may be impaired.
